Bij CHAKMAR Luxe bieden we zorgvuldig geselecteerde luxe tassen en accessoires aan, voornamelijk in zeer goede, uitstekende of like new staat. Afhankelijk van de voorraad kunnen sommige stukken nieuw zijn, andere afkomstig uit de hoogwaardige tweedehandsmarkt.

Kan ik een tas laten authenticeren die niet bij CHAKMAR Luxe werd gekocht?

Ja. Onze expertisedienst voor luxetassen staat open voor tassen die elders werden aangekocht. U kunt uw Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, YSL, Versace of andere luxemerken aan ons voorleggen om een onafhankelijk oordeel te krijgen over authenticiteit en conformiteit.

Hoe verloopt de expertise van mijn tas in de praktijk?

Na contact leggen we u de veilige verzend- of depotmodaliteiten uit. De expertise gebeurt op basis van een gedetailleerde controlelijst. Nadien ontvangt u een conclusie over authenticiteit of niet-conformiteit, eventueel vergezeld van een attest wanneer mogelijk.

Hoe lang duurt de authenticatie van mijn tas?

De doorlooptijd varieert naargelang de vraag en de complexiteit van het stuk, maar doorgaans wordt de analyse binnen enkele werkdagen na ontvangst van de tas en alle nodige informatie uitgevoerd. We geven u bij de intake altijd een tijdsinschatting.

Bent u een officiële verdeler van de luxemerken die op uw site staan?

CHAKMAR Luxe werkt samen met Brandsgateway, een multimerkenpartner die producten levert via officiële distributiekanalen. De luxe tassen en accessoires van grote modehuizen op onze site worden via deze partner aangeboden. Wij blijven een onafhankelijke boetiek en spreken niet namens de merken; de merknamen en logo’s behoren toe aan hun respectieve eigenaars.
