Shipping & Returns
Shipping Your Order
Your order will usually be shipped within 4 business days after receiving your payment. Shipments are mainly made via BPOST with tracking. On request or depending on the nature of the item, we can also ship via UPS or POSTNL with signature delivery. In any case, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We strongly recommend that you group all of your items into one order, as we will not be able to combine multiple separate orders. Each separate order has its own shipping costs.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special precautions to carefully protect fragile items. The packaging is adapted and sized appropriately to ensure the best possible protection during transport.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time can be up to 15 working days after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently offer deliveries throughout the European Union. We do not ship outside of this geographical area at the moment. International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes by the authorities of the destination country. Chakmar Luxe declines all responsibility for these additional costs, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chakmarluxe.be with your name and order number so that we can quickly resolve this issue.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the returned item is unused and in its original condition. You will then receive a refund of the full amount of your order, minus the return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chakmarluxe.be quoting your order number and providing a photo of the affected item. Each case will be treated individually in order to offer you an appropriate and satisfactory solution.
