At CHAKMAR Luxe, we highlight carefully selected luxury bags and accessories, mostly in very good, excellent or like new condition. Depending on arrivals, some pieces may be new, others come from the high-end pre-owned market.

Can I have a bag authenticated if I did not buy it from CHAKMAR Luxe?

Yes. Our luxury bag expertise and authentication service is available for bags purchased elsewhere. You can submit your Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, YSL, Versace or other major brands to obtain an independent opinion on authenticity and conformity.

How does the authentication process work in practice?

After contacting us, we explain how to safely ship or drop off your bag. The expertise is based on a detailed checklist. Once the analysis is complete, we provide you with a conclusion regarding authenticity or non-conformity, possibly with a certificate when applicable.

How long does it take to authenticate my bag?

Timeframes may vary depending on demand and complexity, but generally the analysis is completed within a few business days from the effective receipt of the bag and the required information. We always give you an estimated delay when we accept the bag.

Are you an official retailer for the luxury brands displayed on your website?

CHAKMAR Luxe works with Brandsgateway, a multi-brand partner that supplies products through official distribution channels. The luxury bags and accessories from major fashion houses shown on our website are offered via this partner. We remain an independent boutique and do not speak on behalf of the brands; all brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Shipping zones

Available shipping zones and options (standard, express, pick-up point where available) are displayed at checkout. Certain destinations may be excluded due to logistics, customs, security or carrier-insurance constraints.

2. Delivery times

Displayed delivery times are estimates. They may vary depending on: (i) availability, (ii) anti-fraud checks, (iii) public holidays, (iv) transport disruptions, and (v) customs formalities.

3. Customs and taxes (outside the EU)

For destinations outside the EU (where accepted): customs duties, taxes, clearance fees and any similar charges are borne by the Customer. The Seller does not control customs authorities and is not responsible for delays, refusals or costs imposed.

4. Refusal of customs clearance and forced returns

If the Customer refuses to pay import charges, fails to provide required information, or cannot be reached, the shipment may be returned, stored or destroyed. These situations do not constitute a compliant return. To the extent permitted by law, related costs may remain payable by the Customer.

5. Hand delivery — signature

For high-value products, delivery against signature and/or identity verification may be required. The Customer must ensure that the person receiving the parcel is authorised.

6. Incorrect address

An incorrect address may result in parcel loss or additional costs. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering.

7. Carrier claims

In case of an issue: provide photos, evidence, and contact info@chakmarluxe.be within 48 hours. The Seller will support the carrier investigation based on the elements provided.
