1. Shipping zones
Available shipping zones and options (standard, express, pick-up point where available) are displayed at checkout. Certain destinations may be excluded due to logistics, customs, security or carrier-insurance constraints.
2. Delivery times
Displayed delivery times are estimates. They may vary depending on: (i) availability, (ii) anti-fraud checks, (iii) public holidays, (iv) transport disruptions, and (v) customs formalities.
3. Customs and taxes (outside the EU)
For destinations outside the EU (where accepted): customs duties, taxes, clearance fees and any similar charges are borne by the Customer. The Seller does not control customs authorities and is not responsible for delays, refusals or costs imposed.
4. Refusal of customs clearance and forced returns
If the Customer refuses to pay import charges, fails to provide required information, or cannot be reached, the shipment may be returned, stored or destroyed. These situations do not constitute a compliant return. To the extent permitted by law, related costs may remain payable by the Customer.
5. Hand delivery — signature
For high-value products, delivery against signature and/or identity verification may be required. The Customer must ensure that the person receiving the parcel is authorised.
6. Incorrect address
An incorrect address may result in parcel loss or additional costs. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering.
7. Carrier claims
In case of an issue: provide photos, evidence, and contact info@chakmarluxe.be within 48 hours. The Seller will support the carrier investigation based on the elements provided.
