How does it work?

Contact us with the details of your item. Submit clear photographs showing the front, back, interior, identifying details and any visible defects, together with the brand, model and overall condition.

Initial estimate and submission. Based on the information and photographs provided, CHAKMAR Luxe may propose an indicative selling price without obligation. If you wish to proceed, the item may be dropped off at our Brussels boutique or sent according to the shipping arrangements agreed with CHAKMAR Luxe.

Review, authentication and listing. After receipt, the item and its condition are reviewed. Where authentication is required, it is performed from photographs by Authentifier.com or, when a physical examination is necessary, by an independent external laboratory to which the item is sent. Once accepted for consignment, the item is professionally photographed and listed for sale. After the sale, payment is made in accordance with the agreed consignment terms.
