At CHAKMAR Luxe, we protect your investment. Our Authentication & Compliance department  verifies the authenticity of your luxury bags and accessories (new and second-hand) from high-resolution photos or during a face-to-face exam. Clear verdict, detailed report, and certificate when the item is compliant.

• Numbers, tags, QR/NFC (if present) and chronological consistency.

For brands with very high sensitivity (e.g. Hermès), enhanced control and additional photo requirements apply.

Order & paymentYou confirm the service (online or by email). A secure payment link (SumUp) is transmitted.

AnalysisUpon receipt of payment, we initiate the review based on your visuals. Standard delivery time: 24 working hours. Express option  (subject to change) possible.

Report & VerdictYou receive a PDF report with verdict :

• Compliant (authentic according to the elements provided) → Certificate of conformity issued.
• Non-compliant (evidence of inauthenticity) → Attestation of non-conformity.
• Undetermined (insufficient data) → list of additional evidence required.

What you receive

• Detailed PDF report (annotated photos if useful, list of clues, conclusion)
• Nominal certificate (or attestation), dated & signed, with verification QR.*
• Recommendations (conservation, resale, missing parts, additions to be requested).

*The QR allows the authenticity of the document to be verified on request (option if activated).

 

Limitations & Responsibilities

• The verdict is based on the evidence provided and/or the examination carried out and constitutes an independent expert opinion, not affiliated with the luxury houses.
• In case of insufficient visuals, an Undetermined verdict may be issued with the list of missing evidence.
• The certificate attests to compliance with the criteria of authenticity observable at the date of the report.
• We respect privacy and GDPR.

 

FAQ

What photos do I need to provide?
Natural light, high resolution, global + macro views: logo, stitching, corners, clasps, interior, number/saddler, accessories, invoice. Uncompressed files if possible.

What brands do you cover?
Main luxury houses (YSL, Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc.). Hermes and rare pieces: reinforced channel.

What happens if it's non-compliant?
You will receive a certificate of non-compliance explaining the indicia. Useful to avoid a risky buying/selling.

Can I get a refund if the verdict is Undetermined?
When the visuals are insufficient, we offer to complete the file (at no additional cost if the initial request complies with the photo guide). Otherwise, the analysis service remains due.

Is my identity protected?
Yes. We process your data in accordance with the GDPR and do not share anything without your consent.

Anti-counterfeiting advice

• Beware of prices that are too low and profiles with no history.
• Ask for sharp photos (macro on engravings, stitching, corners, number, interior).
• Check the consistency of the model (year, variants, materials, colors, fittings).
• Favor a traceable payment and an authentication service before finalization.
